Baikal astrophysical observatory starts receiving tourist groups. Everybody will have the possibility to see the Sun with solar prominences and listen to the lecture about the physics of the Sun and its influence upon the life on Earth. At night you can observe via the telescope the Moon, the rings of Saturn, galaxies and nebulae, which light gets to us for millions of years. The lecture is carried out in a real professional astronomic tower with all the equipment for observation. If you are not lucky with the weather, there are always videos at hand, which illustrate the story about the last achievements of astronomy and cosmonautics. It is also possible to book individual lectures.

The 20^th of March was the final day of International Travel Exhibition MITT 2009 in Moscow. The level of its functioning proved that the tourism copes with the difficult economic situation in the world. Not even 1 meter of exposition areas was lost – with 60 000 sq.m, where about 3000 companies

The representatives of travel company Eastland consider Berlin exhibition ITB -2009 highly effective. Busy schedule of the meetings with key partners was carried-out, and new tourist products were introduced. In 2009 Eastland company prolonged all the collaboration contracts with foreign tourist operators. Besides, in the result of the exhibition ITB from the 11^th till the 15^th of March the company made new contracts with Australian and Swiss touroperators.

The 85-km long route was challenged by 7 bikers and one skater, backed up by three accompanying cars.

The first day was rather demanding. High wind blowing with the speed about 15 m per second pushed some of them aside, sometimes even stopped them and pushed backwards. Nevertheless 4 hours after the start the whole group was being photographed near the picturesque ice-hummocks several hundred meters away from the Cape Malaya Kolokolnya.
