Irkutsk company Eastland developed study-sightseeing tour “Rasputin’s Siberia”. According to the report of Estland press service the tour is primarily intended for admirers of Rasputin’s work as well as for those who are fond of Siberian nature.

Throughout two days tourists will be visiting some spots linked with life and work of the famous writer. You , for one, will set out on a cruise on the Angara, visit Rasputin’s home in the settlement of Ust-Uda where you will attend the church named after the icon of Our Lady of Kazan and the museum of regional studies, you will see points of interest of Bratsk and Bratsk dam. Besides, within the limits of the tour tourists will happen to visit the small homeland of the writer in Atalanka settlement along with Valentin Rasputin’s memory house and also a new school which has been built with the active assistance of the writer himself.
